Special and/or sensitive data

Our website and services are not intended to collect data about visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. We cannot verify visitors' ages and encourage parents to be involved in their children’s online activities. Contact form inquiries: up to 2 years
Legal and administrative records: up to 7 years (as required by Dutch tax law)
After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

RAISE only shares personal data with third parties when necessary for the execution of our agreement with you, or to comply with a legal obligation. These third parties include:

Wix.com, which hosts our website and may process data on our behalf.
